This type of bearing structure can withstand radial loads and axial loads in one direction. The ball has a contact angle of 15, 25, 30, or 40 with the inner and outer rings, and the larger the contact angle, the greater the bearing load capacity. The smaller the contact, the more favorable it is for high-speed rotation.

 

Usually, align the two bearings and adjust the internal clearance before use.

 

Generally, steel plate stamped cages are used. But high-precision bearings with contact angles below 30 mainly use polyamide formed cages.

 

Double row centripetal thrust bearing is a structure that matches the pain surface of the outer ring of two single row centripetal thrust ball bearings, with both the inner and outer rings integrated into one. Therefore, this type of bearing structure has a thrust load capacity in two directions.

 

A four point contact ball bearing is a single row radial thrust bearing that separates the inner ring into two parts in a vertical plane with respect to the central axis. The inner ring and outer ring are separated, and can withstand two directions of ball bearing.

 

Generally, copper alloy cutting cages are used.

 

The angular contact ball bearings can be used to carry both radial and axial loads simnultaneously,and is subjected to high speed rotation.the contact angle of this type of beairng have five 15、25、26、36、and40
The bigger the degree of contact angle.the larger the capacity of axial loading.


This type of bearings used in carrying radial loads will implicate additional axial thrust.therefore it is in duplex arrangement in general.The duples bearings can be preloaded or with axial clearance adjusted in order to increase the stiff-ness of the spindle.


Four-point contact ball bearings.type QJ composed of a pair of double combined bearings,is suitable to carry axial loads in either direction.as well as to restrict the axial displacement in either direction.
